Eugenio's Enneagram — Last updated: May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Eugenio's Enneagram website and the provision of Enneagram sessions and services by Eugenio Leijten ("Eugenio", "we", "us", or "our") to you ("Client" or "you"). By using this website or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Eugenio's Enneagram provides the following services:
A free AI-powered Enneagram test and personalised report via this website
One-to-one Enneagram sessions for individuals
Couples sessions
Organisational seminars, workshops, and introductory presentations
2. The free test and report
Use of the Enneagram test and receipt of the personalised report is entirely free of charge. No payment is required at any stage. By using the test you acknowledge that a copy of your report is retained securely by Eugenio for a period of two months before being permanently deleted. Full details of how your data is handled are set out in our Ethics & Privacy page.
3. Payment terms — sessions and seminars
Individual and couples sessions — payment is due in full prior to the session by bank transfer to Eugenio Leijten's designated account. Details will be provided upon booking.
Organisational seminars and workshops — upon agreement, an invoice will be issued. A deposit of 50% is due before the session is confirmed. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of the invoice date or on the day of the session, whichever comes first.
Late payments — we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month.
Expenses — for in-person sessions requiring travel, reasonable travel expenses will be agreed in advance and invoiced separately.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Individual and couples sessions — cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full. We will always endeavour to reschedule where possible.
Organisational sessions — cancellations made with less than 14 days notice may result in the deposit being retained. Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Eugenio reserves the right to reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances, with as much notice as possible.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to engage honestly and openly in sessions, understanding that the quality of your Enneagram report and session experience is directly related to the openness with which you participate.
You acknowledge that Eugenio's services are for personal development purposes only and do not constitute therapy, counselling, or any form of clinical or medical intervention.
You agree to inform Eugenio before your first session if you are currently working with a therapist, counsellor, or other mental health professional.
6. Liability
Eugenio's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total value of fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months. Eugenio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. As the Enneagram is a tool for self-awareness and personal development, Eugenio makes no guarantee of specific outcomes from sessions or use of the report.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Enneagram test, report format, written content, and imagery — is the intellectual property of Eugenio's Enneagram unless otherwise stated. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Everything discussed in a session with Eugenio is treated with complete confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party, subject to the limits set out in our Ethics & Privacy page.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination you will be liable for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any prepaid fees for services not yet delivered will be refunded in full.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at eugenio.co.uk. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
